This policy describes how we handle information in connection with the public website at milewire.io (the “Site”). It does not govern separate client engagements, employment, or other contracts; those are covered by the agreements that apply to those relationships.

If you use the contact form on the Site, we collect the information you provide—such as your name, organization, email address, optional phone, organization and inquiry types, optional network vendor, timeline, scope acknowledgement, and an optional message. A hidden field used for spam prevention may also be submitted; it should be left blank by real visitors.
- Site operation and logs. Like most websites, our hosting infrastructure and application platform may automatically record technical data such as IP address, browser type, referring URLs, timestamps, and similar diagnostics needed to deliver the Site securely and reliably.
- Theme preference. If you use the theme control in the header, your choice may be stored in your browser (for example, in local storage) so the Site remembers your preference on return visits. This is limited to display settings and is not used to identify you across other sites.

- Respond to inquiries sent through the contact form and follow up about our services.
